This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to perform front office and reception duties and be qualified as a Front Office Attendant in any lodging establishment. (CMO 30 s.2006).

Bread and Pastry Production is a 5-unit course designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of a person to produce, present and store breads, pastries, cakes and petit fours and present desserts to guests in commercial environments and hospitality establishments based on ASEAN standards.
